In all corrupt versions (and this is most all of them - NIV - RSV) 2 Samuel 21 : 19 has the wrong person killing Goliath. Everyone knows that David killed Goliath. In this verse the Authorised Version has it correct, that Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, killed THE BROTHER of Goliath the Gittite. This is important, because it shows that reading the corrupt Alexandrian manuscripts, either in Hebrew and Greek or in English, BLINDS the reader to Holy Truth, hence the problems in churches from catholicism now through to anglicanism with the recent sodomite travesties.
