My wife of 4 1/2 years has left me, she says its over, that she has had enough. The last 8 months were our only bad times. She refuses to give me anouther chance, stating I will never change, and that our marriage was all a lie. I'm asking for a miracle to get her to find that love for me again, to take me back and give me a second chance. I have caused her great pain and i ask for her forgiveness and that she will want to mend our marriage. This girl is the girl I have loved with all my heart and do not want to life my life without her. We have a 4 yr old son, and I have 3 girls from a previous marriage. Please help me! !

The miracle you are seeking is Christ in you. Without knowing exactly what has happened it is hard to offer any suggestion. I can infer that you have been unfaithful from what you have written but am not sure.

However, primarily what we all do is think of ourselves first. What do we want instead of what is best for the relationship. We do this because it builds our own ego and self-worth but this comes at the expense of the bond we have made with our wife.

Christ will come and abide in you when you are willing to lay down your ego and selfish desires. It is the same with all of us. We must die to self and live to Him.

The first step is allowing Jesus to come in to your heart and mind to create that new person, but you must want it badly.

No I've never been unfaithful to her. My 1st wife was unfaithful for most of the 9 yrs we were together. I been to Iraq on two combat tours, first tour I had to go, I volunteered for an second tour and was only home 9 months inbetween them. I did it cuz there was no jobs available, i wasnt able to work since im a concrete laborer in WI during the winter. Plus i injuried my shoulder really bad and needed surgery. So I volunteered to go on the second tour. I did so cuz if i didnt i would be going reguardless in about 1 1/2yrs with my unit. I came back from the 2d tour with alot of anger since my wife really didnt want anything to do with me. I had lost a number of buddies the 1st tour, and the second tour saw alot of death. I wasnt sleeping at nite, i was clingy to her for affection. I needed someone to tell me I was ok i guess. I have been getting treated for PTSD, and Im very serious about getting it under control. Control of my emotions totally, control of my anger, and my temper. I really miss her alot, its hard to imagine a life without her since she is that one that you know you just cant live without. that true love. She filed for divorce and says shes had enough. I;m hurting so much, the pain is almost unbearable to lose her. I only hope and pray that she comes back to me. We have a 4 yr son together and I have 2 daughters from my first marriage. I love her dearly! I have served my country and my family selflessly for 16 yrs in the army. I did it so my children shall never have to live the horrors ive seen. I give my heart and soul to god and to the new person that I am and have be becoming. Please god touch her heart so that she sees thru all the anger and finds that love for me and our relationship and rekindles it, and comes back. God I love his girl with all my heart, please help me.

Family and love is a precious gift from God..No one wants to lose that....I understand.....I am praying for you. The best thing you can do is to put your worries and trouble into the lord's hands...Here's one thing you can do try to talk to your wife and tell her how your not perfect( no one is) and tell her how much you love her and that you are asking god for his hand.

She refuses to listen or talk to me. At this point I have to wait till she'll talk to me and listen to what I have to say. Thank you for the inspiration. Till then I pray that god touches her heart and she rekindles the love for our sacred marriage and me. I'm praying for a miracle here for her to come back and start to work on us.
